Despite a slight drop in the 12-month Euribor rate during the past six months (average of 3.663% over the period from January to June 2024), the overall net gain from a Tax Shelter investment remains at a historically high level: 14.43% net!
This return applies to all investments paid between July 1 and December 31, 2024.
The next Euribor rate will come into effect on January 1, 2025 for a new period of 6 months.
