Providence, a young girl destined for an ordinary life, unexpectedly receives a magical feather that brings everything she writes to life. Together with Airbag, her loyal guinea pig who suddenly gains the power of speech, she embarks on an extraordinary journey through the clouds. Faced with a mysterious threat, she must draw on all her imagination and discover who she truly is to fulfil her destiny.

Produced by Brio Films and largely animated by the Liège-based studio STIM, Girl in the Clouds perfectly illustrates the purpose of the Belgian Tax Shelter: enabling ambitious audiovisual productions while creating tangible economic value in Belgium.
