Leos Carax's “Annette”, an event film shot in 2019 in Belgium (in particular), will open the 74th Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday 6 July.
"Bergman Island" by Mia Hansen-Love, which takes place in the summer on the Swedish island of Faro, where the great filmmaker Ingmar Bergman lived.
"France" by Bruno Dumont, with Léa Seydoux in the lead role of a television journalist.
"Tout s'est bien passé" by François Ozon, with Sophie Marceau and André Dussollier.
Also out of competition is the film "De son vivant" by Emmanuelle Bercot, with Benoit Magimel and Catherine Deneuve.
Finally, "OSS 117 - Alerte rouge en Afrique noire", by Nicolas Bedos, will be screened at the end of the Festival!
